- Develop a strong understanding of our customers' project delivery requirements and execution methodologies.
- Demonstrate effective people leadership and site-level management to drive project performance and team engagement.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership, coaching, and support to field personnel.
- Managing customer relationships and site communications.
- Monitoring productivity and project performance to achieve delivery objectives.
- End to end ownership of client flow work delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced team with a strong "solutions focused" attitude and a culture built on collaboration and support. You'll have access to ongoing training and development, clear opportunities for career progression, and the chance to work within the rapidly growing water sector on projects that make a real difference to communities across New Zealand.
