About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We've got an exciting Planner role just for you! In this position, you'll provide a work planning service with responsibility for the effective planning and monitoring of all work within the Capital Works team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with client expectations and key performance indicators.

  • Develop, maintain, and update work programmes and schedules in collaboration with Technicians, Supervisors, and Project Managers.
  • Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and permitting requirements to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records and update company and client databases to support operational performance and reporting.
  • Support invoicing processes, including the preparation and submission of job packs and work completion documentation.
  • Prepare data for internal and client reporting and contribute to the effective administration of the electronic job flow system.
  • Promote and comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements while supporting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant secondary school qualification (or equivalent) with sound numeracy and communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in business systems.
  • Effective team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
