About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Contract Manager role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to lead electrical maintenance services for critical infrastructure, driving growth and safety, making a real impact.
- Lead the safe and efficient delivery of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical maintenance services, ensuring reliability and minimal disruption for customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, contract retention and opportunities for service growth.
- Manage contract performance, budgets and commercial outcomes, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
- Provide leadership and development to operational teams, fostering a positive culture focused on performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Champion health, safety and environmental excellence by ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards and legislative requirements, while promoting a proactive safety-first culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in contract management, operations management or a similar leadership role within electrical maintenance, utilities, infrastructure or a related industry, with strong commercial and client relationship management skills.
- Relevant electrical or engineering qualification (trade, diploma or degree level preferred), along with a sound understanding of contract management principles, budgeting, performance reporting and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong technical knowledge of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical networks, asset maintenance and health and safety requirements, with the ability to lead teams, manage risk and ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation.
- Champion health, safety and environmental excellence by ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards and legislative requirements, while promoting a proactive safety-first culture.
