We’ve got an exciting Senior Business Analyst role just for you! This is a high-impact role for a driven, senior Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering real operational value. In this position you will partner closely with the stakeholders, influencing vendors, leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to transform processes, elevate performance, and enable data driven decision-making, making a real impact.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end business analysis and delivery of fit‑for‑purpose solutions across configuration, integration and data analytics.
  • Partner with operational teams to understand workflows, constraints and dependencies, translating needs into clear solution designs, test approaches and implementation outcomes.
  • Drive process optimisation, automation and data‑quality improvements through digital solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering: workshops, elicitation, validation and prioritisation across multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Champion innovation, including adoption of AI and automation where they deliver measurable value.
  • Contribute to business cases and investment decisions aligned to organisational strategy.
  • Coach and mentor team members, strengthening BA capability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with vendors, ensuring quality, timeliness and alignment with business needs.
  • Provide Level 3 support and problem resolution for critical business systems.
  • Use modern data and analytics tools to extract, analyse and interpret data for decision‑making.
  • Deliver training and enablement to support effective use of new and existing applications.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required

  • 7+ years’ experience in senior BA roles with relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Proven end‑to‑end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes.
  • Advanced BA skills: requirements, facilitation, solution design, testing and delivery.
  • Solid SDLC knowledge (Agile/Waterfall), including Scrum and user story management.
  • Strong technical capability: SQL/data querying, data interpretation, APIs and system architecture.
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools (Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL Server).
  • Excellent documentation, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
