About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Operational Systems Manager role just for you! In this position, you’ll deliver governance and strategic direction across the company’s operational information systems. Providing technical analysis and evaluation of requirements to deliver business programmes. Establishing company reporting structures to enable business objectives to be achieved, making a real impact.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure consistent, compliant use of the Field Service Management system (FSM) and associated platforms across the business.
• Provide oversight and assurance of adherence to FSM governance standards, policies, and controls, aligned with company and VINCI Energies requirements.
• Contribute to strategic operational technology planning, ensuring FSM solutions align with business objectives and approved governance frameworks.
• Develop, manage, and monitor business cases and approval processes for FSM initiatives, ensuring compliance with company investment and governance requirements.
• Analysing operational needs and lead the development of innovative FSM solutions to enhance system capability, performance, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive consistency and improved user experience to deliver efficiencies across the business.
• Promote and embed standardised FSM solutions and processes to support consistency, optimisation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Design, document, and implement business processes supporting operational requirements, system changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understand and comply with your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and all associated regulations, standards, and approved codes of practice.
• Comply with any reasonable instruction given to you by Omexom relating to health and safet
Qualifications and Skills
• A bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience in IS project management.
• Experience and ability in scoping operational requirements into systems solutions with process design
• Design of business solutions at both a strategic and a detailed level (i.e. systems interfaces and user interactions).
• Detailed planning and execution of all types of systems testing.
• High level IS skills in data mining and manipulation to create management information.
• Good interaction and data reconciliation skills.
• Proven experience in the selection and procurement of IS solutions.
• Ability to create robust business process improvement solutions.
