Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Electrical Draughtsperon role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to support the delivery of high-quality electrical design documentation across a range of projects, produce accurate, coordinated, and buildable drawings making a real impact.
About the Role
- Prepare and develop electrical drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit
- Mark up, review, and manage design and construction documentation using Bluebeam Revu
- Assist with the production of electrical design packages including:

- Single line diagrams
- Schematics (2D and 3D)
- Cable and equipment schedules
- PLC I/O wiring diagrams
- Detailed electrical loop diagrams, including termination diagrams for electrical and panel assembly installation
- Cable routing layouts
- Building services drawings, including lighting and small power layouts
- Equipment layouts
- Panel layouts
- As-built drawings
- Coordinate drawings and model information with engineers, project managers, site teams, and other disciplines.
- Update drawings to reflect design revisions, site changes, and construction feedback.
- Ensuring no personal interference with any safety device occurs without the appropriate company approval.
- Setting a personal example on all matters of health and safety and participate in Perimeter/BU worker participation practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Electrical trade qualification preferred.
- Additional study, certification, or demonstrated experience in AutoCAD, Revit, or related drafting and design software preferred.
- Aptitude and experience in engineering design.
- A sound knowledge of industry, technical, and procedural and product issues.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
