Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Trainee Electrician role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to work as part of a team and be mentored by the Team Leader and team members.
- Completing required electrical theory, workshop based assessments, on-the-job learning, training courses, and ITO paperwork to complete relevant electrical trade qualifications and registration.
- Identifying electrical systems in preparation for work.
- Working on electrical systems.
- Using machinery plant and equipment in an electrical environment.
- Determining the condition of electrical installations.
- Understanding EWRB safe working practices.
- Developing work plans for construction and servicing electrical equipment.
- Carrying out works as per industry agreed timeframes.
- Carrying out work to a high standard of installation.
- Working in a safe manner including interaction with your peers.
- Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
Qualifications and Skills
- An awareness of industry safety requirements.
- Previous experience and aptitude for outdoor work.
