- Preparing and updating works programmes for all activities within the group in conjunction with Planners, Technicians, Project Managers and Supervisors.
- Scheduling work and resource, including subcontractors and permitting authorities, to meet client and customer expectations, legislation and KPIs.
- Ensuring Omexom and the customer’s databases are updated with the relevant accurate information to meet KPIs.
- Assisting with invoicing completed works as required.
- Providing support to the Gas Maintenance and Metering team.
- Processing debtor invoices and purchase orders as required to support administrators.
- Assisting the team with creation of job packs and preparing data for the electronic job flow system.
Qualifications and Skills
- NZQA Experience in scheduling of maintenance works preferably in the Utilities sector
- SAP database knowledge preferred
- Excellent Planning and Organisational skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Process driven.
