About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Business Support Coordinator role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to co-ordinate and provide administrative, operational and financial support services to the business unit and Business Unit Manager, making a real impact.

The successful candidate will work on key responsibilities like:

•    Provide administrative and financial support to the Business Unit General Manager.
•    Coordinate administrators and works coordinators to meet deadlines and ensure effective task completion.
•    Establish and maintain office and administrative systems.
•    Compile, analyse, and report on financial data, including monthly BU and major project reviews.
•    Support with monthly EV reviews and the BU financial calendar to meet required deadlines.
•    Support managers with project and business unit budgeting, forecasting, and financial documentation.
•    Assist with general administrative/finance duties.
•    Set KPIs, objectives, and conduct performance reviews for admin and works coordination staff.
•    Lead monthly meetings with support staff and ensure resource alignment with operational needs.
•    Oversee budgeting and forecasting for Reactive projects in CODEX.
•    Work closely with the Senior Contract Manager to ensure work is delivered within budget.
•    Implement and maintain systems supporting Vector contract delivery (e.g., Siebel).
•    Ensure data quality and accuracy across BU systems, including auditing as required.
•    Provide value‑added reporting and trend analysis to support BU decision‑making.

 

Qualifications and Skills

•    Business degree or diploma.
•    Certificate in business administration or equivalent. 
•    High level understanding of client requirements. 
•    Expertise and experience in working in a technical high transaction environment preferred.
