About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Contract Manager - Asset Replacement role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to will oversee, coordinate, and deliver asset replacement projects within the business unit, making a real impact.

The successful candidate will work on key responsibilities like:


•    Lead and manage Asset Replacement contracts to meet financial targets and resolve delivery issues promptly.
•    Plan, document and own all Asset Replacement project execution to meet customer requirements.
•    Prioritise and manage high‑risk work to ensure safe, timely and effective outcomes.
•    Fulfil all contractual, KPI and internal reporting obligations.
•    Deliver work programmes efficiently, meeting client SLA and quality expectations.
•    Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations for both Omexom and the customer.
•    Prepare accurate monthly claims, forecasts and financial reports aligned with budget expectations.
•    Deliver projects following the Omexom project management framework.
•    Identify high‑risk events and implement effective mitigation or corrective actions.
•    Analyse performance data to address inefficiencies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

•    Hands-on experience in electrical distribution industry.
•    A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.
•    Knowledge of industry contracting procedures and contract law.
•    Excellent inter-personal skills with customers - at all levels.
•    Estimating/tendering skills, with hands-on ability.
•    Good working knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act
