About the Role

Make an impact where it counts. As a Planner – Asset Replacement, you’ll be at the centre of planning, scheduling, and invoicing asset replacement work—keeping jobs moving safely, on time, and to spec while working closely with the Contract/Project Manager and Technical Coordinators.

Key Accountabilities

  • Compiling job packs for Asset Replacement work to meet all company, client, and statutory requirements.
  • Assisting the Contract Manager/Project Manager in preparing quality job management plans, documentation, and job communication.
  • Planning and scheduling all resources required to execute jobs in collaboration with the Contract/Project Manager and Technical Coordinators.
  • Ordering materials and booking subcontractors to ensure availability to meet the work schedule.
  • Collating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Preparing subcontractor agreements in conjunction with the Contract/Project Manager.
  • Preparing and submitting any additional documentation required for a job to proceed.
  • Carrying out quality assurance and invoicing of completed job packs according to SLAs and timetables.
  • Ensuring the company’s and site procedures for safety, environment, and quality performance are implemented and maintained.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required

  • Trade Certificate or Administrator Certificate would be an advantage
  • Solid project administration experience, ideally in the electrical industry.
  • High level of computer skills required
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills within team settings.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
