About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Service Delivery Manager role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to provide direction and support to achieve client driven KPI’s. Implement workflow strategies which will assist in the delivery of scheduled work to field based personnel, maximising productivity levels. Create work practices which compliment a high volume transactional area.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing teams within a high volume transactional environment working across the business unit.
• Dealing with electronic dataflow and maintaining excellent productivity.
• Developing and implementing operational data analysis and reporting structures to assist the business in effective decision making based on this information.
• Driving the achievement of KPI performance measures, as per contract agreement.
• Maintaining client contact by planned, regular client visits.
• Ensuring that all required company and contractual reporting achieves the KPI guidelines.
• Prioritising of workflow planning and management of staff on a daily basis to achieve KPI performance targets.
• Managing and planning for assigned staff to maintain excellent productivity and industrial relations.
• Ensuring safe working methods and the requirements of the Health and Safety in Employment Act are followed and communicated to all staff through regular site meetings.
• Coaching and developing Team Members to achieve individual and business performance levels and using subcontractors where necessary.
• Liaising with client managers and auditors to ensure excellent working relationships are maintained.
Qualifications and Skills
• Utility experience preferred.
• An industry certificate or diploma in business is preferred.
