About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Contract Manager role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to Oversee Performance Tracking and KPI Management, making a real impact.
- Managing contracts by achieving financial targets, identifying any problems with executing the contract.
- Ensuring that all required company and contractual reporting achieves the KPI guidelines.
- Guide and support field staff to maintain top-notch productivity and health and safety standards.
- Applying the industry codes of practice and ensuring they are complied with.
- Ensuring that all the monthly payment schedules are presented correctly on due dates.
- Comply with the company health and safety policy, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others.
- Setting a personal example on all matters of health and safety, influencing good practice and a strong HSE culture across the business.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hands on experience in technical coordination within the electrical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the electrical sector.
- Estimating / tendering skills, with hand-on ability.
- Knowledge of industry contracting procedures and contract law.
