About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting senior Service Manager role to lead electrical maintenance for industrial customers, with full accountability for operational delivery, customer value, and commercial performance. This role gives you the autonomy to shape service delivery, deepen customer partnerships, and drive sustainable long‑term growth.
You will bring strong technical credibility across LV, Instrumentation & Control, and HV industrial assets, enabling you to make informed decisions, support your team, and maintain confidence with customers. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, communicates with authority, and thrives on building and growing a high-performing service business.
What You’ll Lead:
- Growth & Customer Retention
Strengthen and grow our industrial maintenance portfolio by building long-term relationships with key customers. Retain and develop accounts through proactive engagement, market awareness, and delivering exceptional value. Identify new opportunities and support proposals, pricing, and onboarding for new contracts.
Lead maintenance delivery across a diverse range of electrical industrial assets. Ensure that SLAs, response times, and contractual obligations are consistently met. You will be accountable for the end‑to‑end performance of your workstreams.
- Commercial & Financial Accountability
Take full ownership of budgets, forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and monthly performance reporting. Monitor job outcomes closely and act early to maintain strong financial results across your portfolio.
- Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a team for successful execution of work. Build capability, and drive a culture centred on safety, efficiency, professionalism, and customer value.
Champion proactive safety leadership across all workstreams. Ensure full alignment with Omexom standards, industry regulations, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Drive field engagement, coaching, and best‑practice behaviours.
- Risk & Contract Management
Identify and manage operational and commercial risks. Maintain strong governance over contract delivery and protect long-term service performance.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong technical grounding in electrical or industrial maintenance (LV, I&C, HV or similar)
- Proven experience leading service operations or maintenance delivery
- Confidence in managing customer relationships at a senior level
- Commercial acumen with experience owning budgets and financial performance
- A leadership style that builds trust, capability, and accountability
- A proactive mindset with the autonomy to run your portfolio effectively
