About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Project Coordinator role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to coordinate planned maintenance projects in the substation environment in accordance with Omexom and client maintenance standards and requirements, making a real impact.
The successful candidate will work on key responsibilities like:
• Develop, maintain, and update maintenance plans and procedures to meet client standards for high-voltage substations and facilities.
• Oversee substation maintenance projects end-to-end, including scoping, pricing, execution, and completion.
• Collaborate with field staff and managers to achieve client KPIs; monitor productivity and report results.
• Coordinate planned maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and operational efficiency.
• Build and update data platforms to support financial forecasting and project planning.
• Manage contract documentation, quality assurance, job variations, and compliance processes.
• Direct subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to technical and contractual requirements.
• Recommend technical enhancements and procedural updates for both internal teams and clients.
Qualifications and Skills
• 3-4 years relevant substation experience, including significant project co-ordination in a complex environment.
• Have at least a level 4 Electrical qualification (Registered with EWRB).
• Excellent planning and organisation skills.
• Advanced computer skills and experience, Microsoft Office, scheduling software and SAP.
• A good understanding of substation maintenance operations.
