About the Role
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful coordination, execution, and delivery of underground infrastructure projects.
You’ll be working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive operational excellence and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
As part of our Distribution Wellington team, you will:
- Coordinate scheduled field activities to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Prepare and distribute work packs with all required documentation and resources.
- Ensure timely requests for materials, outages, traffic management, and permits.
- Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to organise and monitor work progress.
- Track job progress and ensure completion aligns with planned timelines.
- Interface with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
- Deliver accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure safety and prevent service disruptions.
- Respond to and coordinate fault breakdowns within SLA timeframes.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in underground utilities or infrastructure projects.
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
