About the Role

Are you ready to lead technical delivery and drive business success?
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Technical Coordinator to join our team at Omexom, where you’ll play a key role in managing field operations, coordinating resources, and contributing to the growth of our thriving business.

• Leading the planning and execution of HV maintenance programs.
• Coordinating technical field staff to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align with contract deliverables and expectations
• Scoping new work packages and contributing to offers that drive profitability.
• Managing scope changes and technical reporting.
• Championing health and safety compliance and supporting incident investigations.
• Continuously improving operational efficiency and methodology.
• Monitoring and managing team productivity to ensure optimal performance and program outcomes.
• Being hands-on when needed and comfortable working on the tools and supporting field teams directly.

Qualifications and Skills

• An electrical workers registration.
• Hands-on experience in HV electrical asset installation and maintenance.
• A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements pertaining to the carrying out of all prescribed electrical work.
• Proficiency in digital tools and reporting.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
