•    Full-time, permanent contract with a minimum of 40 hours guaranteed per week 
•    Monday – Friday 

 

About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We are currently looking for an experienced warehouse person to support our stores team and provide excellent service to internal customers, making a real impact.

The successful candidates will report to the Stores Coordinator and will work on key responsibilities like:

•    Pick and issue stock required for specific company works, preventative/reactive maintenance and contracting jobs as per the relevant documentation provided.
•    Load/unload vehicles with the use of a forklift.
•    Ensure inward and outward goods meet the required quantity, quality standards and specifications.
•    Carry out standard housekeeping duties.
•    Ensure accurate inventory control database systems and records are maintained and up to date.
•    Stocktaking and cycle counting.
•    Report errors or systems issues directly to the supervisor on a timely basis.
•    Assist with the purchasing of materials and other supplies as required.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered, you will have some or all of the following:

•    Have warehouse experience.
•    Understanding of inventory control.
•    Experience in using computerised warehouse systems e.g. SAP will be ideal.
•    Good Communication skills.
•    Current forklift licence and F endorsement preferred.
•    A valid Full New Zealand drivers’ licence
