About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Administrator just for you! In this position, you will provide administrative support to the Business Unit or support manager and staff within the regional team to improve the efficiency of the Business Unit, making a real impact.

•    Processing debtor and creditor invoices and purchase orders.
•    Entering payroll information from timesheets.
•    Purchasing office and canteen supplies.
•    Creating purchase orders upon request.
•    Interacting with clients regarding service work required.
•    Entering data for maintenance contracts and projects.
•    Maintaining contract folders and filing of documents.
•    General Administrative duties.
•    Greeting visitors, ensuring they are signed in and aware of the health and safety requirements.
•    Typing business correspondence
•    Day to day presentation and upkeep of shared office areas.
•    Organising monthly meetings and taking meeting minutes at monthly meetings. 
•    Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others. 
•    Setting a personal example on all matters of health and safety and participate in Perimeter worker participation practices. 

Qualifications and Skills

•    A school leaving certificate is required with basic numeracy and sound written and oral English language competence.
•    A thorough understanding of and competence in relevant software and database programmes, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•    Experience in access-based data entry systems (i.e., CODEX/SAP).
•    Effective verbal & written communication skills.
•    Flexibility to work longer hours to get the job done.
•    Possess a high attention to detail.
•    A solid level of problem-solving skills.
