About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Administrator role just for you! In this position, you’ll provide administrative support to the Business Unit and staff within the team to improve the efficiency of the Business Unit, making a real impact.
Processing debtor and creditor invoices, purchase orders in accordance with company timeframes
Expediting and reporting on purchase order status
Tracking of invoices to debtors, communicating any outstanding debts, and liaising with the project coordinator to close jobs
Tracking of training documentation and certifications to ensure compliance
Coordinating and entering payroll information from timesheets
Updating and controlling information in company and customer information systems e.g. SAP, Workbench, Assura
Administrating projects set-up with Managers in Codex
Carrying out general office administration and filing
Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others
Setting a personal example on all matters of health and safety and practice Perimeter/BU worker participation practices
Qualifications and Skills
A school leaving certificate is required with sound numeracy, written and oral English language competence. An additional qualification applicable to administrative functions is preferred
Prior experience in a large multi-functional administration role
Sound computer skills and experiences in MS Office, SAP, Access Based Systems i.e. Workbench
Preferable experience in the electrical industry
Flexibility - able to work longer hours to get the job done
